Cancelling an Order
Under UK law you have the right to cancel the contract for your
purchase within 7 days of delivery. Please note that damaged goods
cannot be accepted for return. Should you wish to do this then
please follow the following procedure.
1. Keep the product, all materials and packaging shipped.
2. Email LPD within 7 days of delivery and inform
then of your wish to return. You must inform LPD of your purchase
order number (found in the order confirmation email sent to you),
email and password used to login to the website. LPD will then
confirm return details.
3. You should include in the parcel on a separate piece of paper
your original purchase order number, email address and password.
4. All returns must be packaged securely and paid for by the customer.
Please note that LPD will only refund the cost of delivery if the
goods were delivered in error.
5. On receipt of the goods they will be checked for correctness
and a refund will be issued for the goods only.
Should goods be received damaged then you must contact LPD within
24 hours of receipt in order to obtain a refund following the above
procedure.
Returning Faulty Goods
LPD is committed to ensuring you are completely happy with your
purchase. However if you are experiencing problems with your product
contact LPD outlining your problems as we may be able to rectify
the situation easily without any extra inconvenience caused. Please
note that the products sold are guaranteed against manufacturing
faults only and not customer damage such as cracked casing or excessive
wear and tear.
In the unlikely event that you do need to return your purchase
under guarantee then please follow the following procedure.
1. Keep the product, all materials and packaging shipped.
2. Email LPD and inform them, prior to return, of any problems
you have experienced along with your purchase order number (found
in the order confirmation email sent to you), email address and
password used to login to the website and LPD will reply with
return details.
3. All returns must be packaged securely and paid for by the customer.
4. Credit will not be issued against goods returned
without obtaining prior authorisation from LPD. Postage/carriage
and packaging must be prepaid on return to LPD. However in the
case of faulty goods postage/carriage will be refunded by LPD
under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended).
5. Should your goods prove to be faulty then a refund will be issued
for the faulty goods.
6. Should goods prove not to be faulty then they may be returned.
